In the past, DCHQ has responded to our clients via email support. While this can be helpful in bringing a personal interaction with our customers, it has also been a strain when it comes to response time.
With that in mind, DCHQ has chosen to create a ticket support system for our clients. This will not only allow customers to continue to submit an email to staff, but if for any reason the staff is unavailable, it will allow additional staff to respond with help.
At this point in time, we have a variety of ways customers can contact us. Each one is unique to the account and network your hosted on.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org – This is a universal email address, emails sent may be responded with contact directions to reach the proper department, depending on the issue at hand.
Call Us: 480-624-2500 – This number is specifically for hosted accounts on our NEW NETWORK ONLY. The IT staff on hand do not have any access to OLD NETWORK information, nor can they build your website for you.
